The hotel is located in a commercial area, near a shopping center which is about a 5-10 minutes' drive to the centre of Innsbruck.
The hotel rooms vary in size. They have light natural wooden features and white washed walls. The bathrooms are in good condition. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and seats about 80 people. It is bright and colourful in design. This is a large Tyrolean style modern building with an interesting shape. Some rooms have balconies. The lobby is large with a marble type floor. Next to the lobby is a small and cosy bar with seating.
